1. Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel had so many life coaches during her time on Broadway, from mentor and coach Tina Fey and her longtime assistant Lisa Schmidt to personal trainer David Tebbela. “It was a different experience,” Biel said. “People were really nice.”
2. Katy Perry
The singer is a former trainer for personal trainer Dave Draper. “We would try to get her the most basic things that would help her become a better performer, to improve her posture and core strength,” she said in the 2013 memoirs “Lights Off”.
3. Tom Hanks
The actor has several personal trainers, the most recent of them being the author of the book “The Secrets of Life: The Art of Living with Purpose, Motivation, Success and Love” – a book he wrote when he was battling depression, she claims.
4. Kim Kardashian
The former reality TV star is a personal trainer – even when she’s not at home. Her personal trainer, Rob Bell, said that Kardashian would get up at 3am each day and then she would spend the day working out with him. “It made me lose weight,” he said.
5. Leonardo DiCaprio
The actor said he had a personal trainer at the age of 24. He did not work with celebrities and was only with the company for “a few months”, but as soon as he got his own TV show he began using his celebrity trainer, who DiCaprio said was his manager. “He worked out me every day, and it’s helped so many people,” he said.
6. Meryl Streep
The Oscar-winning actress has had the pleasure of working with many life experts. The most famous of these is her personal trainer Mike Whelan and they are very different. “He’s got a really nice, deep voice that is very soothing,” she said of Whelan on Twitter.
7. Leonardo DiCaprio
Dressed in a black tuxedo, the actor is a fitness fanatic. His trainer Mike Whelan said that with DiCaprio, it is “not a matter of getting fit, it’s a matter of being fit and healthy”.
