Yes. Guitar is harder than violin. How hard are you trying to push yourself on your guitar? Very hard. What did they say about that? Hard as nails. Do people make fun of you by playing only violin? You will be teased, but it’s not that bad.
What makes you smile while playing guitar? I like my voice. The best part about playing guitar is the voice itself. It feels almost like I’m singing.
What makes you feel the most happy? The people who are happy about my playing.
What do you do on a daily basis to keep the smile on your face?
Get in better shape. Have fun with it.
What would you do if you found yourself in a bad mood? I don’t think I would care. It would be so wonderful to feel good.
What would you do if you found a cat with your name on it? It would be a sweet little cat who had my name on his face and wouldn’t hurt anyone.
Do you consider yourself to be an intellectual when it comes to music? Yes. There isn’t much intellectual about me. It looks like I can understand what you are thinking.
What are your passions in music? Music and reading.
What songs would you most like to play in front of people? I’d love to play “Blue Suede Shoes.” “Hey Jude.” “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”
Do you think you have a good sense of timing? Definitely. I can hear the tune being played in my head very quickly and it always hits right on time.
How do you enjoy the process of writing music and recording music?
Working on a guitar will always make me happy. The first time I got a guitar, I had been playing a lot of blues since I was 5. I started playing “Blue Suede Shoes” when I was 12 and it wasn’t long before I recorded it with a record label that wanted to use it. For me it always comes easier when I can keep busy. Being a musician is good because you get involved in so many things. What do you do when you do not get involved? I do anything that takes my mind off things. I use a book. I watch TV. I enjoy having friends. I play pool. It’s like I’m always on call.
